By submitting Material to heystayplay.com (“HSP”), and in exchange for the possibility that the Material will be published on the HSP website, you grant HSP a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Material in any fashion (or not to, at HSP’s discretion), including to any and all intellectual property (such as copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity) required to legally display the Material.
